Stratford Firefighters Playing Brakettes In Benefit Softball Game
The game, dubbed "Softball Pros Vs. Stratford Firefighter Joes," will benefit the family of a firefighter who died in the line of duty.
STRATFORD, CT — Stratford firefighters will play a benefit softball game against the Stratford Brakettes this weekend at DeLuca Field in Stratford.
The game will benefit the family of Ricardo Torres Jr; the New Haven firefighter who died May 12 in the line of duty.
The game, dubbed “Softball Pros Vs. Stratford Firefighter Joes,” will take place at 5 p.m. on Sunday, June 27.
