Stratford Man Allegedly Violated A Restraining Order: Milford PD
Police say the incident happened on Dec. 27.
Milford Police said they responded to a Harrison Avenue apartment on the complaint of a restraining order violation on Dec. 27.
After investigation, Philip Murphy, 31, of 211 McGrath Court in Stratford was arrested after being accused of allegedly sending text messages to the protected party of a court set restraining order, according to police.
Murphy was charged with violation of a restraining order.

Murphy was released on a promise to appear to court on Dec. 28.
