Stratford Man Charged with DUI After Milford Accident
Police say the incident happened on Dec. 24.
Milford Police said they responded to a motor vehicle accident at Rivercliff Drive near Berkley Terrace on Dec. 24 where it was determined that Troy Smith, 23, of 547 Woodlawn Ave. in Stratford was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
Smith was charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive right and criminal mischief.
Smith was released on $500 bond and given a court date of Jan. 21.
