A Stratford man was arrested in Milford over the weekend on charges of possession of narcotics and illegal use of a cell phone.
Anthony Criscuolo, 26, of Housatonic Avenue, was charged after an incident on Bridgeport Avenue about 2 p.m. Saturday.
He was released on a promise to appear in court Jan. 28.
Police did not release any further information.
