Stratford Man Wins $10K In Lottery
A Stratford man started the new year with a bit of luck in the lottery.
STRATFORD, CT — One Stratford man's new year is off to a good start after he won $10,000 earlier in the week in the state lottery. Hugh Francis won the money Monday playing a Keno game purchased at Krauszer's Food Store in Stratford, according to the CT Lottery website.
