According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning scratch ticket was sold in North Haven.
STRATFORD, CT - A Stratford resident is $25,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in North Haven last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On July 2, Thomas Higbie, of Stratford, purchased a Diamonds ticket from the North Haven Mobil and won $25,000.
