Stratford Restaurateur Opens New Venture in Trumbull

The owner of Parker. Eatery & Bar in Stratford has opened a new restaurant, Parker. Steaks & Scotch, in Trumbull.

“The menu is an amplified version of (the) Stratford location, boasting a variety of superior steaks and an endless selection of premium scotches,” Patrick Fahy, a resident of Trumbull, said in a statement.

“The restaurant (has) an upscale feel, without the pretentious vibe,” Fahy said. “Diners are able to enjoy their meals and malts indoors or outside on the beautifully covered patio.”

Parker. Steaks & Scotch held a ribbon-cutting Sunday. Gov. Dannel P. Malloy was in attendance. The restaurant is located in Trumbull Center at 921 White Plains Roads.

The restaurant’s hours are Monday through Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.; and Saturday, 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
