STRATFORD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Laterian Vega, 16, who was reported missing from Stratford on Sunday.
Vega has brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 6 feet and 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants and dark gray Nike sneakers with neon soles.
