Two Suffer Minor Injuries in I-95 Crash in Stratford

An accident involving a minivan and a taxi cab on I-95 northbound in Stratford Monday sent two people to the hospital for minor injuries, says a Stratford fire official.

Fire Marshal Brian Lampart said the accident happened at about 12:15 p.m. Monday between exits 31 and 32.

He said the taxi driver was extricated from his vehicle, which suffered significant damage to the driver's door. The minivan received significant damage to its front end, Lampart said.

There were no passengers in the vehicles.
