Wilcoxson, Lordship Schools Go Remote Due To Coronavirus
Two Stratford elementary schools will head into the holiday break with online-only learning.
STRATFORD, CT — Wilcoxson and Lordship elementary schools will switch to remote learning until the school district’s holiday break after each school reported a new coronavirus case Monday.
Bunnell and Stratford high schools pivoted to online-only learning last week and will remain remote going into the break, which will start Thursday and end Jan. 4.
The school district reported the following additional virus cases Monday:

- Flood Middle School, 2
- Wooster Middle School, 1 (working remotely)
- Chapel Street Elementary School, 1
- Victoria Soto Elementary School, 1
- Johnson House Elementary School, 1
District-wide as of early Tuesday, 29 students and seven staff members were in isolation with the virus, and 312 students and staffers were quarantined, according to the district dashboard, which reflects the most current available numbers.
