Aetna Executive Appointed To Make A Wish CT Board
Dr. Lori Stetz was appointed to the CT Make a Wish Board of Directors.

Lori Stetz, MD, MPH is a physician executive with more than 15 years of experience in primary and global population health. As Senior Medical Director for Aetna, a CVS Health business, Dr. Stetz provides medical leadership for Aetna’s International business, which covers nearly one million members in 190 countries. She drives medical policy, strategic planning and product development in concurrence with changing markets and technologies in evolving healthcare systems. Dr. Stetz informs network strategies, particularly in remote areas, and built Aetna International’s emergency medical evacuation program, helping to ensure appropriate access to care globally.
Prior to joining Aetna in 2011, Dr. Stetz practiced primary and urgent care medicine and public health in the U.S. and in several international settings. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and has further certifications in Travel Medicine and Aeromedical Evacuation. She has published and presented on global health issues to the United Nations Foundation, the Institute of Medicine, the Hong Kong Mental Health Conference, and numerous industry events. Dr. Stetz graduated from Haverford College, and holds an M.P.H. from Boston University and an M.D. from SUNY Downstate. “We are thrilled to have Lori join our team,” exclaims Make-A-Wish® Connecticut President and CEO Pam Keough. “Her medical knowledge and expertise in insurance and case management will help support the growth of our referral base and our medical mission as we continue to strive to reach every eligible critically ill child across the state.”
