TRUMBULL, CT — A Trumbull man was arrested after he poured shampoo on officers and ran away in just a towel after a domestic incident, according to police.

Officers were called to a residence Oct. 23. A woman said that she and Kenneth Voight, 38, got into a verbal argument and that he broke items in the house. He knocked a phone out of her hand as she tried to call 911, police said.

Police arrived to find Voight taking a shower and told him to turn off the water and come out. Voight refused to cooperate and dumped shampoo on the officers and on the floor, police said. He then shut the door and jumped out of the bathroom window while only wearing a towel.
