Records from 2011 to be destroyed August 2, 2021
West Haven - Notre Dame High School of West Haven will destroy records (NOT TRANSCRIPTS, THOSE WILL BE KEPT ON FILE) for students who graduated or transferred in the year 2011. Any students wishing to obtain their records for those years can request a copy by writing to the Office Coordinator at Notre Dame High School, One Notre Dame Way, West Haven, CT, 06516, email cschulken@notredamehs.com.
The request must include the student's full name, address while in attendance, present address, birth date, and grade level completed. All requests must be in writing; no telephone requests will be accepted.
Records will be destroyed on Monday, August 2, 2021.
