Obituary: Marcia L. Leonetti, 76, of Trumbull

TRUMBULL, CT - (From Adzima Funeral Home) Marcia L. Leonetti, age 76, of Trumbull, beloved wife of the late Robert Leonetti, passed away on April 18, 2021, in her home.

Marcia was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania on March 21, 1945, to the late Stephen and Bernice (Grzenda) Mihalko and had been a lifelong area resident. Marcia was also predeceased by her brother, Mark Mihalko.

She worked for Nusite Realty & Management Company and was an active member of St. John’s Orthodox Church in Stratford.

Survivors include her nephews, Michael, Stephen and Casimir Mihalko and nieces, Bridget, and Lisa Mihalko. Marcia is also survived by cousins, Dorothy Ardito and Joyce Mastro, sister-in-law, Marge Mihalko and many cousins, nieces, nephews, dear friends, and wonderful neighbors, especially Barrett and Rhegan Fisher.

She loved her visits to Foxwoods. Marcia touched so many lives and will be missed by us all.
A Requiem Funeral Service will be celebrated Friday, April 23rd at 10 a.m. meeting directly at St. John’s Orthodox Church, 1240 Broadbridge Avenue Stratford.

Interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Monroe. Everyone in attendance must follow the COVID-19 guidelines, wear a mask and practice social distancing.

The Adzima Funeral Home in Stratford has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
