Sohan Desai, 38, of Main Street, Trumbull, is charged with driving under suspension for alcohol and DUI.
Police said Desai was first charged with drunk driving then was spotting driving less than 24 hours later. A driver's license is automatically suspended for 24 hours after a DUI arrest, police said.
Desai's bond was set at $5,000 for an appearance in Bridgeport Superior Court.
