Christian M. Scinto, 45, formerly of Trumbull, is charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call and third-degree assault.
Police said Scinto argued with a woman and assaulted her. He also tried to stop another person there from calling 911, police said.
Scinto's bond was set at $15,000 for an appearance in Bridgeport Superior Court.
