Edward McNeil, 21, of Barry Place, Trumbull, is charged DUI, failure to drive right and possession of alcohol by a minor stemming from an incident when he was 20.
Police said officers responded to a rollover accident on Stonehouse Road in January 2013. A warrant was recently issued and McNeil was arrested by Derby Police and transferred to Trumbull, police said.
His blood-alcohol content following the accident was tested at 0.159, about twice the legal limit of 0.08, police said.
McNeil's bond was set at $500 for an appearance in Bridgeport Superior Court.
