Lacorrah Dlayne Snider, 21, of Davis Avenue, Bridgeport, is charged with third-degree assault and breach of the peace.
Police said Snider was arguing with a worker at a kiosk regarding a broken cell phone when she hit the worker in the face and fled. She was later arrested by warrant.
Her bond was set at $500 for an appearance in Bridgeport Superior Court.
