TRUMBULL, CT — Trumbull woman Marie Tufaro, 41, pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter with a motor vehicle and other charges related to a fatal crash on Huntington Turnpike in Bridgeport during December 2018.
Tufaro had a number of drugs in her system at the time of the crash, according to the Trumbull Times. The crash killed Shylane Crooks, 50, of Bridgeport. She faces up to four years in prison.
