Char-Laine Manor named RDA Business of the Month for February

Rockville-based residential care facility celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2018

During a ceremony on February 14, Char-Laine Manor, a residential care facility located at 15 Ellington Avenue, was named the Rockville Downtown Association's Business of the Month for February, 2018. The

facility was founded by Charles and Elaine Swift in 1968. Their daughter, Cheryl Dence, now runs the facility, which employs 12 and serves 23 residents. Shown in the ceremony photo are (left to right) RDA
