Firm is a textbook, model case of small business social entrepreneurship
Keep In Touch, a marketing, communications and training firm, is celebrating its 30th anniversary on July 1, 2018. From its headquarters at 30 Lafayette Square, the firm provides a wide spectrum of services to local, regional, national and global clients.
During its early years, Keep In Touch was incubated inside Copytex, a copier dealer located in the Tolland Business Park. In late 1990, the firm moved into its own offices. It has been based at its present location since 1994. Since its inception, Keep In Touch has been a model of small business social entrepreneurship, deliberately and consistently involved in ministry and community service. Over the years, Keep In Touch and its owner, Drew Crandall, have received awards from the President of the United States, Better Business Bureau, Tolland County Chamber of Commerce, Public Relations Society of America, Vision New England, American Cancer Society, Easter Seals Society and Duncaster.
