- Robert Banti, 40, of Farmington was charged with first-degree kidnapping, first-degree threatening, first-degree strangulation, first-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree unlawful restraint, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, prohibited person obtaining a firearm, second-degree assault (serious injury), interfering with police and criminal possession with a firearm after an incident at a local home.
Sept. 7
- Steven Legner, 36, of Unionville, was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation, second-degree breach of peace second-degree unlawful restraint and risk of injury to a child after a domestic incident.
- Desiree James, 19, of Windsor, was charged with fifth-degree larceny on a warrant.
- Sean McLaughlin, 55, of Farmington, was charged wit driving under the influence, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to keep right on a curve.
