More Partners Sought For Annual Rockville Fireworks Segment

VERNON, CT — Organizers of the Downtown Rockville segment of the annual Vernon July in the Sky fireworks show want to expand their partnerships for the summer of 2021.

The Rockville Community Alliance has traditionally partnered with the Rockville Downtown Association to present the Rockville portion of the event. It features food booths, activities, entertainment and a children's patriotic parade.

RDA officials said the organization will be reaching out to other local groups to gauge sponsorship or volunteer interest for the 2021 event. RDA officials said the organization no longer has the numbers to run the even on its own.
