The latest installment of the Picture Vernon series.

VERNON, CT — The latest installment of the Picture Vernon series takes us back just a few hours, when the local shelter was given a new name Friday to go along with a fresh new look.

It's now the New Hope House.

It's still at the corner of Prospect Street and East Main Street, but it's no longer the Cornerstone shelter.
