VERNON, CT — Vernon officials have begun the property revaluation process with some minor adjustments for coronavirus protocol.

Vernon Assessor David Wheeler said Friday that the traditional external inspections of all homes will take place, but staffers will be wearing masks and staying a reasonable distance from each house.

Internal home inspections, rare during any revaluation year, will not be taking place in any form because of pandemic protocols, Wheeler said.
