On the Road with Miss Pat

Most of you know Miss Pat called the running lady I am all over town. I see different things everyday The nice things are how people get so excited and happy and blow there horns which could be dangerous good thing I still have a good heart lol I love seeing people smile especially in these hard times People saying you my HERO I want to be like you I tell them so start moving now even at a young age Moving the key to health More you move less tired you are. The little kids are my most joy they get some excited to see me I always ask how they doing. When someone that in there 20 or older come up to me and say Miss Pat you were my favioate gymn teacher IT touches my heart There are some bad sides to like people coming out of a driveway and only looking one way never see me or people throwing garage out a window or cigarettes butts or try to run me over not funny or going down a busy run to fast. With this virus I seen kids brithday parties that have maybe 5 kids and there distancing and then across the street there partying like mad all over each other but great seeing families actually playing outside like the olden days and working on there homes and yards and I always give them compliments for great job There lot more to come watch for my new Colum on Vernon Patch
