"The Singing Chaplain" to perform in Rockville on October 6
Chaplain at children's home in Cromwell sings at venues across New England, first appearance at Jacob's Well Coffeehouse

Jacob’s Well Coffeehouse, downtown Rockville’s monthly Christian nightclub, will feature Christopher Adams, know as "The Singing Chaplain," on Friday, October 6. Doors open at 7 p.m. with music
starting at 7:30 p.m. The quaint café-style coffeehouse will be held at Bev’s Corner Drop-in Center, 3 Elm Street. Admission and refreshments are free. Dress is casual. The facility is handicapped-accessible.
Raised in Hartford and a long-time resident of New Britain, Adams graduated from the University of Hartford and Hartford Seminary. Over the years, he has served as minister of music and pastor at several churches. He is currently the chaplain at Adelbrook Behavioral and Development Services, a children's home in Cromwell. Blessed with a robust bass voice, Adams sings at community centers, schools, retirement homes, faith-based communities and sporting events across New England.
