Vernon Community Network hosting annual meeting on June 1

Luncheon catered by The Olive Garden will feature three speakers

The Vernon Community Network (VCN) will host its 2018 Annual Meeting Luncheon on Friday, June 1 from 11 am to 1:30 pm at the Cornerstone Community Center, 3 Prospect Street in the Rockville section of Vernon. Guest speakers include Jeff Boulrice representing Solarize Vernon and Sustainable Connecticut; Jacqueline Coleman, Education Investments Officer with the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving; and Shannon Yearwood, Executive Director of End Hunger Connecticut.

The luncheon will be catered by The Olive Garden. Registration is $5 for VCN members and $10 for non-members. Participants are requested to park in the east section of the St. Bernard Church parking lot at 25 St. Bernard Terrace. Pre-registration is recommended by emailing VCN at info@1vernon.org.
