A big CT Lottery winner has come out of Vernon.
VERNON, CT — A Vernon gas station convenience store sold a big winner in the CT Lottery.
On Wednesday, local player Rodney Nieves, cashed in the $20,000 winner from the 20X Cash 6th Edition game.
The ticket was bought at the Cv Mart at 1237 Hartford Turnpike.
