A Healthy Fast Food Option? BMuse Cafe Opens In Wallingford

The North Colony Road restaurant features sandwiches and salads that are mostly gluten-free.

A new restaurant has opened in Wallingford, promising something once considered impossible: healthy fast food.

This month, at 665 North Colony Road, BMuse Cafe opened in Wallingford. BMuse Cafe features three soups daily, a large salad bar and sandwiches, and most of the items are gluten-free, according to The Record-Journal.

The restaurant is owned by Bob Bourassa and Bob Lavorgna, who also own Carriage House Farms Catering and Bourassa Catering. To find out more about BMuse Cafe, click here.
