Wallingford Police Blotter: June 1 Through June 10, 2021

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Saphira N. Felter, 20, of Hotchkiss Street, New Haven, was arrested June 1 on a charge of third-degree forgery. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 8, according to state judicial records.

Gregory Scalzo, 44, of Sandlewood Drive, Madison, was arrested June 1 on a charge of second-degree reckless endangerment. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 9.

Robert M. Korzick, 65, of South Side Terrace, Wallingford, was arrested June 1 on a charge of criminal violation of restraining order. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of July 20.

Joshua G. Menard, 40, of Nicholas Road, Wallingford, was arrested June 1 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, violation of protective order and third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of July 14.

Kiyesha C. Smith, 23, of Elm Street, New Haven, was arrested June 3 on two counts of assault of public safety officer/EMT/Transt/Hlth, two counts of third-degree assault and one count of second-degree breach of peace. She was being held in lieu of a $20,000 bond with a court date of July 30.

Kyle A. Zawadski, 30, of Carriage Drive, Wallingford, was arrested June 3 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, illegal operation of motor vehicle without ignition device, evading responsibility and failure to drive right. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 22.

Asher N. Miller, 44, of Broad Street, Meriden, was arrested June 3 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on July 15.

Edwin A. Stack, 38, of North Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested June 3 on a charge of third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 23.

John G. Rodriguez, 26, of Broad Street, Meriden, was arrested June 4 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 19.

Allen Burgos, 22, of Randolph Avenue, Meriden, was arrested June 7 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of July 12.

Steven E. Vincent, 29, of Eaton Drive, Wallingford, was arrested June 7 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 26.

Richard A. Acampora, 45, of Hall Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested June 8 on charges of risk of injury to child, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of Sept 2.

Christopher A. Shea, 24, of Geneva Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested June 10 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 12.

James E. Giammattei, 55, of Ridgetop Road, Wallingford, was arrested June 10 on charges of interfering with officer/resisting and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 13.

Luis Bauza, 45, of Hanover Street, Meriden, was arrested June 10 on charges of fifth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 16.
