BBQ Restaurant Closes In Wallingford
The owners are hoping someone new can continue what they started with the restaurant and a popular food truck.
WALLINGFORD, CT — Roscoe’s Traveling Smokehouse has closed just six months after opening at its location on South Colony Road in Wallingford, but the owners are hoping that someone new can continue what they started, the Meriden Record-Journal reports.
Brothers Dave Silvia and Tony "Roscoe" Silvia owned and operated the popular barbecue food truck before deciding to open the restaurant in the former longtime home of Anthony’s Subs last year.
Dave Silvia recently wrote on the Roscoe's Traveling Smokehouse Facebook page that they are entertaining offers to buy their Wallingford location and the food trailer.
