Can You Help Identify This Wallingford-Made Silver Bowl?

A Wallingford Patch reader recently emailed us looking for help.

He owns a Victorian Waste Bowl with the markings of Wallingford, Conn. Unfortunately, another making on the bowl is difficult to make out.

"The first part of the makers name is Hall------- Co., I can't make out the rest," the reader said.
