Drivers In Fatal Crash Worked At Amazon Facility In Wallingford

The two drivers in a fatal head-on crash in Meriden both worked at the Amazon fulfillment center in Wallingford, according to a report.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The two drivers involved in a fatal head-on crash early Sunday morning in Meriden both worked at the Amazon fulfillment center in Wallingford, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.

Jaylon-DeVine William Nixon, 18, was killed in the rollover crash, which occurred around 4 a.m. on June 21 on Research Parkway just south of Murdock Avenue. The other driver was hospitalized with serious injuries.

The Record-Journal reports both drivers worked at the Amazon facility in Wallingford, which is located just about a mile south of the crash site on Research Parkway.
