FROZEN JR.

July 31- August 3

The enchanting modern classic from Disney is ready for your Broadway Junior stars! Frozen JR. is based on the 2018 Broadway musical, and brings Elsa, Anna, and the magical land of Arendelle to life, onstage. A story of true love and acceptance between sisters, Frozen JR. expands upon the emotional relationship and journey between Princesses Anna and Elsa.

TARZAN

August 8-11

The king of the apes and his lady love swing to the stage in this adaptation of the Disney film. Washed up on the shores of West Africa, an infant boy is taken in and raised by gorillas who name him Tarzan. Apart from striving for acceptance from his ape father, Tarzan's life is mostly monkey business until a human expedition treks into his tribe's territory, and he encounters creatures like himself for the first time. Tarzan struggles to navigate a jungle, thick with emotion, as he discovers his animal upbringing clashing with his human instincts.

Comedy Night

Angela Nacca: Representing all the Moms, wives, working and menopausal woman of the world Angela Nacca will keep you laughing, telling her stories of her 39 year marriage (without going to jail) her career in the medical profession to the trials of menopause.
Jess Miller's fresh and friendly presence on stage makes her appealing to audience members from every walk of life. Her quick wit, ability to connect with the crowd and her on-the-fly creativity enables her to manipulate her material from an “every day girl” to brash and bawdy and back seemingly effortlessly. Her brand of comedy is a brilliant and fluid creation unto itself and it never fails to fill the seats wherever she appears
Cindy-Ann Jane: From an early age, it was clear that Cindy-Ann had the gift to make others laugh, whether at or with her remains unclear

In 2007, a young 27 year old man had a dream of creating a safe space for artists to explore their talents. 13 seasons and 80 productions later, The Square Foot Theatre Company has become so much more - producing 8-10 full scale productions per year, teaching educational outreach programs across the state, and expanding to open a brand new tavern. A company that is made up of performers and viewers of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences whose “square feet" come together to form and enrich our community.

AND NOW, that “young man” with a dream is turning 40! Help us celebrate our co-founder and executive director, Jared Andrew Brown, by making a gift to SFT in his honor.
