Man Killed In Wallingford Route 15 Crash: PD
A 26-year-old man was killed after his vehicle crashed Friday night, police said.
WALLINGFORD, CT — A Wethersfield man was killed in a crash on Route 15 in Wallingford Friday night, according to state police.
The crash occurred around 11:30 p.m. between exits 65 and 66 on the northbound side of the highway. Jose Rodriguez, 26, of Wethersfield lost control of his Toyota Highlander and crashed into the metal beam guardrail and concrete barrier. The Highlander then rolled over onto the highway, police said.
Rodriguez was transported to Yale New Haven Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

The case remains under investigation and it's currently unknown why Rodriguez lost control of his vehicle, police said.
