Kelleher was operating a 1989 Harley Davidson motorcycle heading south on Old Colony Road before the crash. As he rode past the intersection of Oak Street, he “encountered a slight right curve on a relatively flat section of roadway,” DeMaio wrote in a news release.
DeMaio said Kelleher’s motorcycle “travelled over the double yellow center line and across the opposing travel lane, where his motorcycle then left the paved portion of the roadway and struck a metal beam guard rail, which caused Kelleher to separate from the motorcycle.”
