New Restaurant Has Target Opening Date In Wallingford
The owner has been renovating the space for several months.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The new vegan restaurant opening in the space formerly occupied by Tatas Restaurant on Quinnipiac Street in Wallingford is expected to open by the fall, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
The Record-Journal reports Arles and Boggs Vegan Eatery owner Sarah Sharif has been renovating the space for several months. The eatery will cater to specialized diets, including gluten free, and will have a casual café and formal dining area, according to the Record-Journal.
