Obituary: Daniel T. Peters, 41, Of Wallingford

WALLINGFORD, CT — (From Wallingford Funeral Home): Daniel T. Peters died March 17, 2021, in Clinton Twp., MI.

Dan was born in New Haven, CT, on December 24, 1979, a son of Susan E. and Thomas J. Peters.

Dan was a published author, actor, director, podcaster, collector and lead singer in a punk band.

Daniel joins his father, Thomas J. Peters, and his grandfather, Henry T. Peters, in Heaven.

In addition to his mother, Susan E. Peters-Scramlin, he is survived by his grandmother, Constance G. Peters and his wife, Lucy Lukasavitz. Dan is also survived by his three siblings, Sarah J. Peters-DeBlaere (Raymond), Michael H. Peters and William P.N. Peters (Celina).

Best known for his role as “Uncle Dan,” he is survived by four nieces and one nephew; and by several aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.

Daniel will be laid to rest at St. John Cemetery. Funeral services will be private but friends may watch a livestream on Saturday, April 13th, 2021, at 11:30 am located on his online obituary located at www.wallingfordfh.com.
