Parking Ban Announced For Toys For Tots Event In Wallingford

Police announce a parking ban that will be in effect for an upcoming Toys for Tots collection.

WALLINGFORD, CT — Wallingford police announced a parking ban that will be in effect 12 due to a Toys for Tots collection on Dec. 12.

The Toys for Tots collection is being run by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. The parking ban will be in effect from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Hall Avenue on Dec. 12. (Read more from Wallingford police below).

A temporary parking prohibition will be in place along the south side of Hall Avenue, west of its intersection of North Colony Street and east of the Amtrak Rail Crossing. This temporary prohibition will be in effect from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12. Please be reminded that vehicles parked in violation of this prohibition will be subject to the issuance of a parking ticket by police and removal by tow truck.
