Pedestrian Struck By Vehicle In Wallingford
The pedestrian was taken to the hospital after being hit by a vehicle.
WALLINGFORD, CT — A pedestrian was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle early Friday morning on Route 5 in Wallingford, according to multiple reports.
WFSB 3 reports the accident occurred in the area of Most Holy Trinity Church and the road was temporarily closed.
The victim, described as an older male pedestrian, was taken to the hospital with injuries to his head, arms and legs, according to the Meriden Record-Journal. The accident happened around 5:45 a.m.
