Popular BBQ Food Truck Opening Restaurant In Wallingford
The food truck, which is owned by two brothers, will be opening its first permanent location.
WALLINGFORD, CT — A popular barbecue food truck is opening a permanent location in the former home of Anthony’s Sub Shop on South Colony Road in Wallingford, according to the Meriden Record-Journal.
The Record-Journal reports Roscoe’s Traveling Smokehouse, which is owned by brothers Dave Silvia and Tony “Roscoe” Silvia, plans to open its restaurant in April. The brothers will continue to operate the food truck and the restaurant will serve as its hub, according to the Record-Journal.
