"At Quinnipiac Valley Center we specialize in short term post hospital care with an expertise on complex medical rehabilitation and pulmonary care. Dr. Benjamin Yeboah, from Internal Medicine of Greater New Haven and a hospitalist at Yale, ensures all our patients have the best medical care as he works with the skilled nurses at QVC. Dr. Laurence Nair, a pulmonologist practicing critical care at MidState Medical Center, assists as needed in managing our patient respiratory needs.

I look forward to meeting you – let me introduce myself – my name is Jeffrey Turner, and I am the center executive director at Quinnipiac Valley Center. Having a passion for the caring of others, I have been in health care for over 30 years, and I have been with Genesis for 13 years. Here at Quinnipiac Valley, I have the privilege of working alongside a skilled team of nurses and therapists who strive daily to help folks return home, if that is their goal.

Offering physical therapy or occupational therapy, often seven days a week, ensures our patients get home quickly. We are proud to be home to over 95 guests and our certified nursing assistants care daily for their personal needs and preferences. Our dietary team cooks three inviting meals a day for our guests – offering dishes and events that please visitors and guests alike.
