Wallingford Police Blotter: April 30 Through May 6, 2021

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Shannon C. Green, 40, of Summerhill Road, Wallingford, was arrested April 30 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of July 6. She was additionally charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. Green was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of July 9 for those charges, according to state judicial records.

Ashley M. Higgs, 30, of Ridge Road, Wallingford, was arrested May 2 on charges of risk of injury to child, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of July 1.

Nathan Stevener, 28, of Ridge Road, Wallingford, was arrested May 2 on charges of risk of injury to child, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of July 1.

Michael Martin, 52, of Spring Street, New Haven, was arrested May 3 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of July 28.

Avis Quezada, 39, of Ledgeside Avenue, Waterbury, was arrested May 4 on a charge of third-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond with a court date of June 18.

Amy Lynn Ottochian, 46, of Pine Glen Terrace, Wallingford, was arrested May 4 on charges of third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree violating conditions of release. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of July 1.

Jacob Crawford, 55, of Crown Street, Meriden, was arrested May 5 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace.

Christen S. Cioffi, 55, of McKenzie Avenue, Meriden, was arrested May 5 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in proper lane. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of June 16.

Carlos R. Hernandez-Lebron, 25, of Lourdes Court, Meriden, was arrested May 6 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and traveling unreasonably fast. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of July 9.

Martin M. Gatavaski, 42, of State Street, North Haven, was arrested May 6 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating an unregistered vehicle, improper use-marker/license/registration and operating without insurance. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of June 18.

William Zukoff, 63, of Main Street, East Haven, was arrested May 6 on two counts of fourth-degree larceny and two counts of conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond with a court date of July 6.
