Wallingford Police Blotter: Dec. 1 Through Dec. 9, 2020

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Juquan McNeil, 24, of Fountain Street, New Haven, was arrested Dec. 1 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and criminal attempt at third-degree burglary. He was released after posting a $500 bond with a court date of March 9, according to state judicial records.

Brian D. Carpenter, 41, of Orchard Road, Berlin, was arrested Dec. 2 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and speeding. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 26.

Carolina Estrada-Mena, 32, of Long Hill Road, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 2 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 5.

Brayan Ocasio, 21, of Cypress Street, Bristol, was arrested Dec. 2 on charges of second-degree larceny, first-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal trespass and third-degree burglary. He was released after posting a $35,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 3.

Michael Ross, 51, of Mt. Pleasant Street, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 3 on charges of third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 24.

Eugene P. Lidman, 54, of South Elm Street, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of second-degree strangulation, second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond.

Brenda L. Marchitto, 59, of Knollwood Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of first-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 5.

Shane A. Murdy, 43, of Spring Street, Cheshire, was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and left turn – failure to yield right of way. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 21.

Michael S. Ardito, 37, of Circle Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 5 on charges of risk of injury to a child, interfering with officer/resisting, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an emergency call and third-degree assault – victim elderly or other. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 22.

Miriam J. Paredes, 51, of Hanover Road, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 7 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 5.

Jeffrey D. Colrus, 30, of Hanover Street, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 8 on charges of third-degree forgery, criminal attempt to commit fifth-degree larceny and engaging police in pursuit. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 22.

Elaine Rivera, 44, of Stonehurst Circle, Waterbury, was arrested Dec. 9 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 5.
