Wallingford Police Blotter: Dec. 11 Through Dec. 23, 2020
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Nikko R. Fiak, 20, of Oak Ridge Drive, New Haven, was arrested Dec. 11 on charges of first-degree reckless endangerment, criminal possession of firearm/ammunition/defense weapon, illegal possession of weapon in motor vehicle, tinted auto glass requirements, disobeying signal of officer, reckless driving, operating without insurance, failure to display plates/inserts, improper use – marker / license / registration, falsify marker / license/ registration and operating unregistered motor vehicle. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of Jan. 20, according to state judicial records. He was also charged with two counts of sale of hallucinogen/narcotic. He was released after posting a $20,000 bond.
Gracie J. Hagler, 42, of Claremont, North Carolina, was arrested Dec. 12 on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 3.

Thomas Souza, 41, of Deer Run Road, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 13 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 26.
Nicole S. Redd, 33, of Transit Street, Waterbury, was arrested Dec. 14 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 11.

Franklin Ortiz, 23, of Cook Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 15 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 11.
Eric C. Wade, 28, of Mill Street, Southington, was arrested Dec. 15 on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 16.
Nicholas D. Buono, 31, of Madison Avenue, Bridgeport, was arrested Dec. 15 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 5.
Elmer Ferner, 34, of Pleasant Street, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 15 on charges of fifth-degree larceny, credit card theft, more than $500 on revoked credit card and second-degree identity theft. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of March 23. He was also charged with first-degree failure to appear. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 9.
Audra Bailey, 34, of Horse Hill Road, Westbrook, was arrested Dec. 16 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 18.
Katie A. Harrison, 37, of North Turnpike Road, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 17 on charges of disorderly conduct and second-degree assault – victim elderly or other. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 11.
Austin King, 25, of Stoughton Road, Southington, was arrested Dec. 21 on charges of fourth-degree sexual assault – sexual contact without consent and second-degree unlawful restraint. He has pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial court date has been set for Feb. 18, according to state judicial records.
Michael F. Massaro, 32, of Camp Street, Meriden, was arrested Dec. 23 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 13.
