Wallingford Police Blotter: Dec. 23, 2020 Through Jan. 1, 2021

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Hector L. Alicea, 37, of Mayflower Street, West Hartford, was arrested Dec. 23 on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 12, according to state judicial records.

Nicholas A. Artaiz, 32, of Ben Court, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 24 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 12.

Kyle M. Cocco, 25, of North Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 24 on charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 18.

Charles Salovitz, 65, of Brookview Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 24 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 24.

Jordan M. Nowacki, 58, of Spice Hill Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 24 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 25.

Michael P. Bennett, 57, of Dannys Way, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 25 on charges of assault of a public safety/EMT/Transt/Health officer and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 25.

Michael A. Moccio, 48, of Mapleview Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 27 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 5.

Domonic Vissicchio, 35, of Shelby Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 28 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 25.

Amanda M. Galko, 36, of Cheshire Road, Wallingford, was arrested Dec. 30 on charges of risk of injury to child, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. She is being held in lieu of a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 29.

Brendan Maloney, 33, of Shagbark Lane, Milford, was arrested Dec. 31 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of March 18.

Amanda A. Foley, 30, of High Street, Waterbury, was arrested Jan. 1 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on March 22.

Cesar U. Samaniego-Mendoza, 34, of Britannia Street, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 1 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 25.

Justin A. Toczydlowski, 35, of Simpson Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 1 on charges of third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 26.
