Wallingford Police Blotter: Feb. 18 Through Feb. 24, 2021
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Michael E. Bell, 47, of Meridian Street, Meriden, was arrested Feb. 18 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of May 7, according to state judicial records.
Zachary S. Schrenker, 36, of Spring Street, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 20 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, violation of protective order and third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of April 12.

Norman Manna, 61, of Parker Street, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 20 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 17.
Denaisha Stephenson, 25, of Olcott Street, Manchester, was arrested Feb. 21 on charges of third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of March 18.

Alex M. Garcia-Delgado, 29, of Howard Avenue, New Haven, was arrested Feb. 23 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis, operating without insurance, operating under suspension, operating motor vehicle without a license and failure to display lights. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of April 23.
Johnson Van Ruperti, 26, of Staffordshire Commons, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 23 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 29.
Jeffrey F. Ivory, 59, of Starr Street, New Haven, was arrested Feb. 23 on charges of insurance fraud, second-degree forgery, possession of narcotics, criminal attempt/possession of narcotics, criminal attempt / illegal issue false prescription and illegal issue false prescription. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 30.
Christian Medina, 23, of South Curtis Street, Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 24 on two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of third-degree assault.
