Wallingford Police Blotter: Jan. 5 Through Jan. 15, 2021
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Josh Menard, 40, of Nicholas Road, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 5 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of April 1, according to state judicial records.
Peter T. Lennon, 32, of Fern Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 6 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 24.

Christopher Pace, 57, of Wilcox Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 6 on charges of criminal attempt to obtain controlled drug – forged prescription and criminal attempt / possession of narcotics. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 25.
Justin A. Toczdlowski, 36, of Simpson Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 8 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 26.

James C. Stuart, 51, of Jepson Lane, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 8 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and traveling unreasonably fast. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 16.
Daniel J. Zesk, 65, of Northfield Road, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 9 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 11.
Yulissa Angueira-Igartua, 23, of Wallace Street, New Britain, was arrested Jan. 10 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of April 15.
Martin M. Gatavaski, 42, of Quinnipiac Street, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 11 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of March 19.
Louis E. Henderson, 45, of North Main Street Ext., Meriden, was arrested Jan. 11 on charges of first-degree robbery – firearm threat and sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $75,000 bond with a court date of March 17.
Callie M. Tart, 21, of Wharton Brook Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Jan. 12 on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 18.
Reynaldo Mercado, 37, of Fillmore Street, New Haven, was arrested Jan. 12 on two counts of sale of hallucinogen/narcotic. He was additionally charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility, operating unregistered motor vehicle, improper use – marker/license/registration, operating without insurance and operating under suspension. He was released after posting bonds totaling $15,000 with a court date of March 2.
Laura Frederick, 39, of Allen Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 13 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 22.
Joel Chaparro, 26, of Bronson Avenue, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 14 on a charge of second-degree reckless endangerment. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of Feb. 18.
James C. Nelson, 33, of Stafford Court, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 15 on a charge of violation of protective order. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 9.
Brandon L. Osorio, 25, of Fenwick Street, West Haven, was arrested Jan. 15 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 12.
Tyler J. Angiletta, 23, of Kesteven Court, Meriden, was arrested Jan. 15 on a charge of second-degree criminal mischief. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 12.
Carlos J. Cardenales, 21, of Rose Street, Bridgeport, was arrested Jan. 15 on charges of third-degree strangulation and third-degree assault – victim elderly or other. He was released after posting a $100,000 bond with a court date of March 18.
