Wallingford Police Blotter: March 13 Through March 21, 2021
Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Dana T. Whitman, 38, of Wall Street, Wallingford, was arrested March 13 on charges of risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of May 13, according to state judicial records.
Michael E. Gould, 59, of King Street, Wallingford, was arrested March 13 on two counts of second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting bonds totaling $10,000 with a court date of May 13.

Krista Sciola, 47, of North Colony Road, Meriden, was arrested March 15 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 3.
Javier Ruiz, 35, of Fairfield Avenue, Bridgeport, was arrested March 17 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of June 8.

Sarah Pulisciano, 25, of Ann Street, Meriden, was arrested March 17 on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree breach of peace, violation of protective order and third-degree assault. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of May 27.
Lourdes Ivette Rosado, 37, of Laurel Street, East Haven, was arrested March 17 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of a controlled substance or less than ½ ounce of cannabis, use/possession of drug paraphernalia less than ½ ounce of marijuana, operating unregistered vehicle and operating without a license. She was released on a promise to appear in court on June 1.
Tracy M. Paul, 52, of Meeting House Village, Meriden, was arrested March 17 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to obey stop sign. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of May 11.
Travon J. Hobby, 22, of Arch Street, New Haven, was arrested March 19 on charges of first-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $100,000 bond with a court date of April 26.
Matthew McCrillis, 37, of Wallace Row, Wallingford, was arrested March 21 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on May 11.
Charles P. Smith, 32, of Wallace Row, Wallingford, was arrested March 21 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 2.
Melvin Solivan, 26, of Claremont Avenue, Wallingford, was arrested March 21 on charges of criminal possession of a firearm/ammunition/defense weapon and criminal possession of a pistol/revolver. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of June 3.
